My counseling approach is grounded in empathy and compassion, creating a supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and understood. I aim to utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients connect with their emotions and strengthen their relationships, while also incorporating attachment-based perspectives, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. My focus is on guiding clients through their emotional experiences, fostering healing, growth, self-love, and empowerment. By tailoring these evidence-based practices to each individual, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate their challenges, achieve personal growth, and build fulfilling lives.
