We are unable to direct bill insurance providers. However, if you are receiving services from a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), some insurance providers may reimburse for services provided by an RCC.
Please check with your insurance provider prior to booking with us.
When you first reach out to us, you’re welcome to book a free consultation with any of our therapists or we can also match you with a therapist based on your needs and preferences.
After choosing who you wish to work with, your therapist will normally begin with an intake and assessment process in during which you will establish a comfortable and trusting working relationship together, then identify and work toward your therapeutic goals together using the modalities the therapist specializes in.
If, at any time, you have any questions or concerns or if you feel like you wish to switch therapists, you’re welcome to let us know at any time. We’re happy to support you in having a comfortable and collaborative therapeutic experience.
Absolutely, confidentiality is our priority. Information shared in sessions is strictly confidential, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to self or others, or when required by law.
Our practice specializes in a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. We also specialize in working with family-related issues such as parenting or family-related challenges, couples therapy for parent couples, and overcoming childhood wounds.
We employ evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals, couples and families, Narrative Therapy, and trauma therapies such as EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes (or up to 80-90 minutes depending on the practitioner and therapeutic modality used). Fees vary based on the service and therapist.
